VOLUNTEERS Why Volunteer? 1. You are invited to attend three exclusive Pre-Sales allowing you to shop earlier than anyone else!! And the more hours you volunteer for, the early you get to shop. 2. When you work during the Pre-Sales (Thursday or Friday), you get to shop an hour before they start. 3. Your consignor registration fee is waived!! 4. Returning consignors can take advantage of our Express Drop-Off 5. If you work eight hours or more, your consignor check will be waiting for you at pick-up!! 6. If you become a VIP Volunteer, you can earn 80% of your sales, as a consignor, and shop the earliest PreSale.
How Do I Shop Early? SUPER SHOP PRE-SALE -Work the 8 hr. Super Shift, Thursday, September 4th from 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm -Hubby Helpers who work Tuesday’s Set-Up & Saturday’s Break-Down (total of 8hrs.) -VIP (Very Important Partner) Volunteers are those who work 8 hrs. total & perform a specialized duty (ie deliver fliers to five businesses or secure $100 of advertisers/vendors). In an effort to keep the Super Shop exclusive, there is a limited number of VIP slots available. Please indicate on your registration form if you are interested in this opportunity. NOTE: VIPs who distribute fliers have been filled.
DOUBLE DUTY PRE-SALE -Work an 8 hr. shift or two 4 hr. shifts -Work a 4 hr. shift during Set-Up or Break-Down -Work a 4 hr. shift & donate food, drinks or ice for volunteers -Provide trade of services (listed below)

Volunteer registration begins June 1st. Please take a look at the volunteer schedule below to see what times are available. If you are donating food/drink or trading services, those needs are below the schedule. Please note that if you choose to make a donation of food/drink, this must be done in conjunction with working a shift. This will then qualify you for the Double Duty Pre-Sale. We have shifts broken down into 4 & 8 hr. increments. 8 hr. shifts can be worked during one shift or during two 4 hr. shifts. When you have decided how you would like to volunteer, please follow these steps:
If you have registered with us before: 1. Click Here to retrieve your old registration form & update any changes to your contact information. 2. Select “volunteer” as how you would like to participate. (Returning consignors, it is not necessary to click on consignor. You are already in our system.) 3. If you are donating food/drink, trading a service or are interested in becoming a VIP, type that in the box. 4. You will then receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to use our online sign-up schedule to indicate which shift you would like to work. If you do not receive this email, check your bulk mail folder. If you still do not receive it, you may click on the link below to access the schedule. However, you MUST fill out our registration form first before going to the online sign up schedule, as we honor first come first serve, based on the order we receive the registration forms. 5. Once you have volunteered on the online schedule, we call you to confirm how you will be volunteering. We MUST confirm with you by phone before you will be eligible to attend the Pre-Sales.

Encourage your friends, family (husbands, too) to sign up and have even more fun. Also, if you are unable to make your shift or bring your food/drink, PLEASE call us to let us know, as we may be able to fill your shift. If you do not show up and do not call, we will be unable to allow you to volunteer with us at the next sale. Thank you for your understanding.
