Consignor Registration begins June 1st and ends September 1st. You can enter your tags betweem these dates, as well. Below, you will find everything you need to know about consigning. Consignor checks should be received no later than Saturday, September 20th. If you have not received it by then, please do not worry. We are using a new online payment system so some checks may take just a little longer than others. However, our hope is that all will be received by Saturday. Why consign? · You get to shop three exclusive Pre-Sales before the general public and bring a guest! · You decide how much your item is worth. · You get 70% of the profit! · During the sale, you can see how well your items are selling by visiting our website. · If you are one of our top 5 sellers, your consignor fee will be waived! · You get the option to donate unsold items to charity. · We advertise the sale for you. · After you drop off your items we will take care of the rest. · Consignors who volunteer for 8 hours or more will have their checks ready at pick-up on Saturday.
How do I sign up? Returning Consignors: If you have registered as a consignor for any of our previous sales and would like to participate in this sale then BEFORE DOING ANYTHING, please click on the FALL CONSIGNOR GUIDE. This will give you all the updated information about any new procedures & information, such as drop-off times, pick-up times, pre-sales & new tagging instructions. Things change each sale, so PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!! Once you have read through this you may click HERE, or on the Consignor Log-In link found at the top of this page, to activate your consignor account & begin tagging. You will be prompted to enter your consignor number and a password. If you have forgotten either of these, just click on the link that says “forgot password”. If you continue to have problems, please feel free to email us so that we can assist you. If you have any problems with the system, please let us know so that together we can work through the difficulty. Also, a $5.00 consignor fee will be deducted from your consignor check at the end of the sale, so there is no up front cost to you. If you choose to volunteer with us or you are one of our top five sellers during this sale, this fee is waived.
New Consignors: All new consignors must register HERE . You will receive an email with your consignor number, password and consignor guide once you have registered. You can then activate your account and begin using our easy online tagging & bar-coding system which instructs you as you go along. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you use this guide when preparing for the sale. When you register, if you get a yellow message on the screen that says “Someone is already registered with that email address”, that means you may have registered in the past and simply forgot. If that happens, simply click on the word “here”, in the message, to have your password and consignor number emailed to you. Then click on the FALL CONSIGNOR GUIDE, found at the top of the page for all the information you will need as a consignor. There is a $5.00 consignor fee that will be deducted from your check after the sale is over so there is no up front cost to you. If you choose to volunteer with us or if you are one of our top 5 sellers during this sale, this fee is waived.
What can I consign? Wee Accept: · new & gently used Fall/Winter clothing (sizes 0-16 ONLY) & shoes (wee accept all seasonal clothing for 0-9 mths.) · Halloween/Christmas clothing or toys · maternity clothes · toys, childrens' books, games, puzzles, videos/DVDs, CDs (no adult items) · children's equipment (exersaucers, pack-n-plays, swings, etc.) · nursery/bedroom furniture & decor · household furniture (stylish, contemporary or antique) in excellent, odor free condition (minimum price $10) · dishware/china in complete sets (minimum price $10) · high end decor (minimum price $10) · appliances/electronics (minimum price $10; we have to be able to test it on site)
Wee Cannot Accept: · Junior or Adult sizes-except maternity clothes · Spring/Summer items (except in 0-9 mths.) · bathing suits · car seats/infant carriers · used breastpumps · used pacifiers/bottle nipples · used undergarments · appliances that we can not test (ie washers, dryers, refrigerators) · any recalled items · any items that are damaged, missing integral parts, have excessive wear or have any stains (big or small).
Please ask if you are unsure, as bringing unacceptable items will cause your check-in process to take longer. We encourage you to email us a picture of your furniture to make sure we can accept it.
How do I prepare? · wee strive to provide safe toys and equipment to your family, therefore, wee CAN NOT accept RECALLED items. So please check HERE to be sure your items are not recalled. · launder your gently used clothes (no missing buttons, tears or stains) · clean your toys, equipment, furnishings, appliances (no broken items or missing parts) · provide batteries in electronic toys & equipment · price, tag & hang items according to our instructions · bring all items to the sale during the designated drop-off times · WAIT FOR YOUR CHECK TO COME IN THE MAIL!! Checks are mailed within two weeks.
How do I tag my items? Wee can not accept handwritten tags. All tags must be entered into our online tagging system no later than September 1st. If you have already registered then you can activate your account by LOGGING IN HERE to continue your tagging process. You will need your password and consignor number. Please refer to our tagging instructions & Consignor Guide throughout this process, as it will make drop-off much smoother, help ensure a successful sale and more money for you! All tags must be printed on white card stock. If you have items from our last sale that did not sell and would like to try them again in this sale, you can still use the same tag (as long as the item is in the right season). If you choose to change something on the tag, then you must delete the old tag in the online system and make a new one . You CAN NOT simply make handwritten changes to the tag. How do I price my items? This list may be used to assist you in determining how you should price your items. Please keep in mind that this is only a guide. You may choose to price your items higher or lower than what is suggested here, although we do have a minimum price of $2. You will notice that we have provided a range of pricing on each item. When you are deciding where your item falls within that range, please take into consideration the condition, brand, age, features and the rarity of the item. For example, nearly new, excellent condition, popular brand names (i.e. Gymboree, Gap, Children‘s Place), extra features and hard to find items should be priced on the high end of the range.
